It took me about fourteen months to finish this Moleskine, which is an exceptionally long time. I went through a lot during the writing of this journal, and when the pages fell out today after creating the last page, it was a poetic ending. This is my 5th journal I've completed. back in the day when i used to text journal only, i had no problem with rambling on and on about my day and other mindless thoughts. since i began art journaling at the beginning of the year, the amount of writing i do has dwindled down to almost none at all, especially since i've gotten better at the "art" part of journaling. nothing seems good ( Read more... )

I have a drawing on tracing paper that I would like to adhere to my journal. I was wondering what would happen if I glued it in with rubber cement. Would you see the glue through the tracing paper or will it dry clear? If rubber cement is a bad idea for this project, how should I go about adhering tracing paper?
